I had to cancel a few orders claiming the latest 2016 model after a thorough research and noticing differences in components. For the latest XPS 13 model (now mid 2016), you want to get the model 9350 with the updated Intel 520 graphics card (not with the mini DisplayPort) along with improved Intel Core i5 processor and 8GB 1866 MHz memory. I got mine under this Amazon listing, and it's actually much cheaper at around 800 than through Dell or other vendors. Pros: - I specifically chose this matt non-touch 1080p screen regardless of price because I personally don't want the glare of the glassy mirror-like screen of XPS 13 touchscreen version, and the non-touch allows for much longer battery duration without fingerprint mess to deal with. If you don't mind the glare and prefer a touch screen, the XPS 13 touch offers a higher resolution at 3200x 1800 and... I had read reviews, looked and compared other and made my decision. I was hoping the initial setup process was going to be quick. That was not the case. Upon initial boot up I received a black screen that stated "no boot device found". Luckily enough I know a bit about computers. I restarted the computer and pressed f12 during boot up. This took me to a screen with boot up options. I found an option labeled Windows 10. I clicked on that and Windows started its initial setup process. When I thought all was good the computer restarted as it usually needs to during initial setups. Low and behold, there it was again, "no boot device found". Well at this point I'm frustrated. I've never had a brand new computer come out of the box with so many issues. I then remembered another trick. I pressed f2 when the computer restarted in order to get into the BIOS settings. There is found the boot up sequences. I turned off Legacy... This laptop is incredible, and I'm honestly very envious of my sister. I actually gave her the choice of my 11-inch MacBook Air or the new Dell laptop. She went with the Dell, and I both applaud and lament her good sense. First of all, this laptop came with ZERO BLOATWARE installed. It was a clean Windows 10 "Signature Edition" install which I'm guessing is why there were no unneeded (and unwanted) programs, demos, and trials. The only item I uninstalled was the "Get Office" placeholder app since she already had an Office license from her old machine—which was running Win7 (her preference). The form factor is, frankly, mind-blowing. The bezel is all but nonexistent, and because of this the "13-inch" laptop is only a shred wider and longer than my "11-inch" MacBook Air. If I were...
