13 of 14 people found the following review helpful Fantastic, quality machine with killer battery life, April 26, 2016 This review is from: Dell XPS13 13.3-Inch FHD IPS Infinity Borderless Display Laptop, (Intel Core i5-6200U, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD, Backlit Keyboard, Windows 10) (Personal Computers) This is a fantastic machine. I'm your average Joe school teacher, parent, husband, etc. I wanted a quality laptop for work and personal use that was highly functional and most important, that's FAST and has EXCELLENT SCREEN QUALITY. I'm glad I got this rather than settle for a budget laptop. Here are the details of this machine:
-FAST: Ridiculously fast boot-up and response with 8G of RAM. Nothing worse than a slow computer -SLEEK: Thin, relatively light, high quality construction, excellent back-lit keyboard with those "flat-pitched" keys -AMAZING BATTERY LIFE: You can leave your charger at home as the battery life on this is unreal. I laugh at these people at Starbucks scrambling to find an outlet and tripping over the cord. -HD SCREEN: The screen quality and sharpness of black/white text is unbelievable.
In short, this is an outstanding product, and I'm fussy. It worked beautifully out of the box. Highly recommended. I prefaced with my coming across this beautiful machine first.) I did as most people do when looking to purchase an expensive item...a lot of research. I was looking for something that I can take with me when I travel around Europe, would have enough battery life to not have to plug in while working in a public spot, and something that can just handle a bit of multi-tasking and simple work. I figure that my current laptop (Dell Inspiron 15 purchased in 2010) is getting a bit heavy, so I might as well splurge for something nice! Enter ultrabooks. After...
