I was able to hook up the HDMI cable to it and its running fine, just nothing on the display. I even did a factory reset on it, no go. So I'm dropping down my initial 4 star review to 2 instead, as 2 successive failures inside of just a few months is probably more indicative of poor quality control or poor design than just random chance. Unfortunately I'm a few weeks beyond Amazon's return window, so now I'm stuck with trying to get a repair/exchange with Lenovo. I may just go for a return and then buy something else, depending on how well Lenovo customer service treats me. (Original Review Below) The first one we received had a dead screen (just black), so I hooked up the little HDMI connector to the TV and was able to see the computer itself was working, just the tablet display was bad. Also, I paid about $330 and it was on sale about 2 weeks later for about $50 less. Otherwise, it performs well. I waited a couple days to see if I'll end up getting used to it but I had to return it cause I really couldn't stand it. I prefer to pay a little.more and.get something better designed. too bad because I had Lenovo for the last 7 years with no pb.
